After making sure that a faulty microphone is not causing this issue move on and make the jumpers as shown in this diagram. Nokia Asha 302 Mic’s 1st jumper point goes to R2116 the 2nd one is ground. The 3rd point goes to C2115 & R2117 at the same time and finally the 4th one goes to R2115.
