Touch screen panel is something that can be damaged easily for any touch screen mobile phone. Replacing the Nokia Lumia 510 touch screen panel with a new one can solve this problem easily.
If touch is still not working even after replacing it then your touch screen connector may be damaged. This can happen because of any number of reasons, for example roughly connecting or disconnecting the touch panel’s flex cable to the connector or if it gets rusty because of moisture.
