In Nokia Lumia 520 headphone connector is placed separately and connects to the motherboard with a small flex cable and a connection pad. Most of the mobile phones have their headphone jackets soldered to their motherboards unlike Lumia 520.
This makes replacing the headphone jack really easy, all you have to do is take the older one out and put the new AV Jack and you are done. However if that isn’t working or your AV Jack connector is damaged somehow I have marked all of it’s jumper ways in this diagram.
Here are Nokia Lumia 520 headphone connector jumper ways. Please observe carefully.
Marked with black lines 1st and 4th legs are ground. The 2nd leg is connected to V2161 & L2163, 3rd leg is connected to V2164, 5th leg is connected to C2263 and 6th leg is connected to C2262.
